JSA is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to fighting apathy and encouraging high schoolers to becomes more politically and socially involved. In addition to club meetings full of thoughtful debates, we attend overnight conventions throughout the year where students have the opportunity to debate and learn from students all around Southern California.

Our club is meant to be utilized by students wanting to challenge their literary skills and apply it to other sources such as media. This club is open to all grade levels and will also encourage students to use the skills that they retain from their literature classes. On campus, we host meetings in which we will analyze different aspects of media and discuss the significant connections to literature.
