American HEART ASSOCIATION (ADDISON)
The purpose of our club is to raise awareness for heart disease, the number one cause of death for both for men and women worldwide, and raise lifesaving funds. We advocate for preventative measures through fitness, nutrition, and CPR activities.
Our club builds awareness to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals. As well as having opportunities to volunteer in the community and participate in events at school.
BECKMAN AUTISM YOUTH AMBASSADORS - BAYA (PRINZ)
The purpose of the club is to make the autistic students at Beckman feel more involved and have them know that there are so many people who care about them. Most of the time, autistic students don’t get a chance to interact with other students at Beckman, so this will give them an opportunity to meet new people and make lasting friendships and will also help spread awareness of autism because our club members will understand them better and build bonds with them.
BOOKS FOR AFRICA (KISSLING)
Books For Africa strives to promote education for less fortunate children in developing countries in Africa. We participate in many book drives, school supply drives, and fundraisers that help these kids achieve a chance at education!
CIRCLE OF INCLUSION (PRINZ)
We work to include all members of the school, focusing primarily on Special Education, by participating in athletic and recreational activities together. We aim to promote inclusion, acceptance, and respect.
COLORS CLUB (PRINZ)
A club with general and special ED students. We participate in normal outside and inside of school activities. We try to make everyone feel welcomed at Beckman.
FEM CLUB (DALIN)
The FEM club aims to promote awareness of the political, social, and economic climate around the community and the world. The club works to involve students in activism within the local community to contribute to the empowerment of women.

FRESH START: STUDENTS TOGETHER AIDING REFUGEES TODAY (GOLDENBERG)
Fresh S.T.A.R.T. is a refugee awareness and assistance club partnered with Tiyya Organization, a nonprofit that focuses on aiding displaced persons and refugees in Santa Ana. Our goal is to assist Tiyya with fundraising and providing volunteers for their events, which are monthly or bi-monthly; we also host engaging meeting, including those featuring guest speakers from Tiyya.
GO GREEN (ADDISON)
Go Green strives to protect, respect, and restore the environment through volunteer service and promote lifelong green attitudes in today’s youth to positively impact the Earth we share. Through beach and park cleanups, Happy Hikes, recycling drives, and other volunteer events, Go Green creates change in the local ecosystem of Orange County!
GREEN RIBBON CLUB (HARDI)
Green Ribbon Club™ is a 501(c)(3) student-run non-profit that is committed to engaging in bipartisan youth advocacy to destigmatize mental health, in order to encourage communities to utilize local public health resources, with the ultimate goal of mitigating the rising number of suicides at both local and national levels in the United States.
HEARTS FOR HILL (PEARSON)
Our goal is to offer special events to ensure our club is carrying on the legacy of Hillary Moss -a loved Beckman student who suddenly passed away in September 2017. We mainly raise money through cupcake fundraisers and friendship bracelet fundraisers that go to her fund; the fund’s money gets dispersed to things near and dear to Hillary’s heart, including Ronald McDonald House, Girl Scouts, Children’s Hospital of Orange Count, Multiple Sclerosis Society, and many more.
LIBERTY IN NORTH KOREA - LiNK (BOWMAN)
Liberty in North Korea aims to shine a light on an issue that not many students are familiar with: North Korean refugees. We will invite guest speakers, hold fundraisers, and spread the word around the predicament of North Korean refugees and the Liberty in North Korea organization that aids these refugees.
Beckman Make-A-Wish is a chapter of the non-profit organization Make-A-Wish Foundation. We organize fundraisers and events in order to raise money, with the ultimate goal of granting the wishes of children with critical illnesses.
PATRIOTS FOR CHOC (BLACKSTONE)
The purpose of Patriots for CHOC is to engage Beckman High School students with Children’s Hospital Orange County while teaching the importance of philanthropy, service, and leadership. The members will learn valuable lessons in delegating, time management, event planning, and will be securing funds and raising awareness for CHOC to ensure high-quality pediatric healthcare in Orange County.
PINK RIBBON CLUB (BOWMAN)
Pink Ribbon Club promotes breast cancer awareness and school spirit through hosting various sports games. We also host Mr. Patriot Pageant where we raise money for breast cancer.

RED CROSS CLUB (HAMMER)
Red Cross Club provides opportunities for members to make a meaningful impact in the community through events/activities like blood drives that are held on campus. There are also opportunities through Red Cross to gain knowledge and life-saving skills to help prepare for how to respond to emergencies.
RELAY FOR LIFE (KOLLIAS - MRS)
Relay For Life is the signature fundraiser of the American Cancer Society, and follows the ACS mission statement to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer. Relay For Life fundraises money for cancer research and programs through events such as the Teacher Talent Show, as well as raises awareness of the different cancers that exist.
SAVE OUR SEAS - SOS (WROBLEWSKI)
The purpose of our club is to promote awareness regarding the declining state of our oceans as a result of human impact. We aim to engage students in discussing solutions to these problems, as well as actively working towards this goal by participating in beach cleanups and other related activities such as raising money for environmental groups.
SAVE THE BEES (SCOTT - MRS)
Our club plans on bringing kids together who are passionate about the environment to collectively spread awareness about the importance of bees in our community. We will be educating our club members about ways in which they can help save the bees and why they are important, and we will encourage kids to attend optional volunteer events that involve planting bee friendly plants in the community.
SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK CLUB (KENT)
The mission of the BHS Second Harvest Food Bank Club is to end hunger in Orange County by providing much-needed food to the homeless and low-income families. Students in the BHS Second Harvest Food Bank Club will attend group volunteer opportunities, help raise funds for the food bank, and organize food drives in our community, which will make the students more aware of the growing hunger problem in Orange County and continue to confront this issue even after they graduate.
SHE’S THE FIRST (RYAN)
She's The First is a nonprofit for underprivileged females in third world countries to receive an education. Our chapter at Arnold O. Beckman High School seeks to fundraiser as much as possible with 100% of proceeds going to the foundation.
SMILE TRAIN (HU)
Smile Train is an international nonprofit organization that provides free cleft repair surgery and comprehensive cleft care to children in 85+ countries in need of treatment. On a local level, Smile Train raises awareness regarding our mission to ensure every child born with cleft can lead his/her best life.
STUDENTS AGAINST DESTRUCTIVE DECISIONS - SADD (HOCHSCHILD)
Students Against Destructive Decision is a club devoted to raising awareness about healthy lifestyle choices with a focus on drug and alcohol abuse. We believe that issues such as these are the main cause in preventing success during such an important part of our lives.
THE A21 CAMPAIGN (KISSLING)
The A21 Campaign focuses on raising awareness and educating people about human trafficking, the effect it has on victims a part of it, and how we can help in ending human slavery.
UNICEF (The United Nations Children’s Fund) is a national agency that serves to protect children’s rights, provide education, shelter, as well as other basic necessities for kids and families in third world countries. From fundraising to raising awareness, We serve to represent UNICEF at Beckman, and help other students contribute to this organization as much as they can.
WOUNDED WARRIORS CLUB (BOHN - MR)
Wounded Warrior's club purpose is to support and honor the wounded soldiers that have gotten severely injured in battle while trying to protect us. We support the sacrifices made by these heroic soldiers by participating in fundraisers and raising money so we could financially support the wounded veterans that are living a hindering life because of their injuries.
