Every child has the right to a fair chance in life. But around the world, millions of children are trapped in an intergenerational cycle of disadvantage that endangers their futures – and the future of their societies. UNICEF is an organization that works in 190 countries and territories to protect the rights of every child. UNICEF has spent 70 years working to improve the lives of children and their families. Defending children's rights throughout their lives requires a global presence, aiming to produce results and understand their effects, and UNICEF achieves that by fighting for the children's rights of protection, survival, education, innovation, supplies, health, and disaster reliefs. As a club, we work as a counterpart to UNICEF by raising awareness for the multitude of global issues that are prevalent and fundraising in events like the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF, Tap Water Project, and more.
